ACN MDs tend to have a greater portion of their compensation in the form of stock and bonuses in comparison to the B4 firms. Much like the B4, 5 years is about the minimum number of years to stay. If the MD has a good year selling and the firm has a good year, comp could be much better than the B4, but because less money is guaranteed, a bad year could be a bit leaner for ACN MDs. In the end, assuming performance is average, the pay “probably” about evens out.
Google “adventure wealth” and you’ll find a financial advisor that specializes in Accenture MD comp with blog posts with the details. The cliff notes are that ACNs MD comp is very equity based. If you stay 5+ years after making MD and the stock appreciates during your run - the TC is competitive.
This whole post is about about ACN MD vs Big 4 PPMD pay. Why are you bringing up A&M MD pay just because I’m posting as an A&M? Lol. You are missing on understanding how to follow along posts.
