Can TCS revoke the offer letter if we try to re-negotiate after accepting the offer?

I had accepted the low offer earlier and now I have another offer with a better CTC than TCS in my hand, Can I re-negotiate with TCS and who should I reach out?

Today I messed up doing a delivery. The client was expecting the supplies at 3pm in the warehouse, however, there was an accident on the highway and traffic was insane. It slipped my mind to let them know about the delay. Now, they believe it was me being irresponsible and are threatening to fire me for not reporting on time and possible losing them a client. What can I do to fix the situation?

I joined as a fresher and have been working at Cognizant for the past 4.5 yrs in Prod Support. Every year I have received rating 3 or 4 equiv. Last year I've worked my ass off and helped my project with some critical issues. Received a rating of 3 (expected 5). My manager's comments in YEA are also great with no areas of improvements. But the ratings dont reflect that. Needless to say I am properly disheartened by this and am considering resigning but have no offers.
Suggestions?
