I am a 15+ yr digital marketing/comms guy trying to be proactive about my next job without being weird. There are a few companies I would LOVE to work for and frankly just want to tell them.

Interviewing at Microsoft and they are doing a centralized interview in 1 day. Essentially I will have 4 straight hours of interview with a 15 minute presentation. Does this sound normal for Microsoft? Any suggestions for interviewing there?

Considering a Product Owner role. Any best practices of what questions to ask during an interview? First phase deals with a virtual Teams interview with the recruiter and her manager on Tuesday. Excited since this is a hop from a Product Analyst role and entails an offer of over $30,000 from what I'm getting now! I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

Hi , i had given 2 interviews in Deloitte USi for cloud data engineer CBO unit. My LWD is in 10 days. Last Friday an HR called for salary discussion. No updates after that, tried calling/ e-mailing but no response. Did not receive any LOI either. Any idea what this means? Can anyone help to follow up internally?

Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Yesterday I also wrote an email to the HR who scheduled the interview but still no update.
