Guys, Off the topic !
I bought a flat, but it didn't come with 4 wheeler parking, so I had to park on the street outside the apartment. However, the builder still has three closed parking spaces available. Could anyone recommend a negotiated price or a percentage off the flat rate for covered parking?
Thanks.

I wear sneakers or sneaker-adjacent casual shoes 75% of the days I’m in. Jeans and a sweater on Friday with a t-shirt underneath. I’d say my office is only business casual unless you’re taking depositions, going to court, or mediating.
I wear a t shirt jeans and sneakers every single day

Your group/firm sounds like the oddball here. Legitimate business casual is the norm throughout my office (across all practices).
My work pants are just fancy yoga pants... Sounds like a firm issue.
Where do you work? In NYC at a V10 I regularly see male associates in pants that are not jeans but with hoodies and sneakers.
I think this depends on your market. I'm at a large firm, and while some of our East Coast offices are like what you're describing, the Colorado office (where I am) is definitely business casual (or less). Clean sneakers are fine and common, and I only wear a blazer if a client is coming in for a meeting.
Business casual here! I wear a hoodie sometimes with dress pants and heels
I work at a tech firm. I have literally worn a suit once in five and some change years of practice when I went to court on pro bono matter. Otherwise it’s always been jeans and tshirt and sneakers (never running shoes). I’ve seen partners and associates with hoodies, backwards caps, shorts, sandals, sweatpants, you name it. The firm is lucky if I show up with something that has a collar and that includes polos. We’re all adults here: do a good job, keep the clients happy and successful, and nobody needs to babysit me on what I wear as long as it’s not sloppy, wrinkled, dirty, etc. just be a normal human being I guess.
V10 NY - I can wear sneakers, jeans and a polo. Even a flannel.
Literally wore jeans and a sweater into the office yesterday and lead calls with clients. No one cares except for the weirdos.
California, I wear nice jeans to the office without raising eyebrows
Jeans and sweater here, except at trial, hearings, and meeting clients.
