Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

Get it written into your contract and then they can't say anything. If working in the office is a deal-breaker for you then you need to approach that in negotiations. Do that with any job and you'll get the right job for you. Right now standard employee rtto is 3 days a week so you would need to have it as part of your contract.
One day a quarter? I’ve never heard of that. That’s just a fully remote job. (Surely even when fully remote you show up a few days a year for big events or in-person annual review). There are some fully remote jobs at JPMC but depends on the department. Official policy is at least 3 days in every week for most US roles.
They’re actively tracking our attendance and if your dip below 40% you’ll pretty much be fired. Morale is pretty low and I already see a lot of people with one foot out the door. You should be prepared to go back to the office 5 days a week if you take a job here. Recruiting has been difficult as we can’t find anyone under 40 willing to do that.
I'm seeing so many people dealing with this (wanting to stay remote). Have you considered other avenues within the industry, where remote isn't an issue?
You prolly won’t
