It's probably part of your employment contact that they can - for example, attending work events usually includes a little disclaimer that they can photograph you and you the photographs without additional consent.

Typically yes, check your employment contract.
Most company functions will also include a photo waiver if they're going to take photos and post them to publicize the event.
This. If you are included in marketing material (for instance, your bio on their website) it is usually part of your contract with the company so check the handbook as others have said. They can reuse this information on other media.
If an event such as work-sponsored happy hours, volunteering, a fun run, etc., large companies like Accenture will typically have everyone sign a waiver that includes a bunch of stuff such as photo / info consent.
If an individual (like a teammate) posts about you, just ask them to untag you. Likely they did it with good intentions.
No. Call an attorney

Lawyer involvement is the last resort unless this person wants to start looking for a new job.

I suspect if it’s in the context of you being involved in a work function/activity, then likely your rights to privacy don’t apply.
However, you can always ask them not to publish. They may honor the request.

Check your new hire paperwork/employee handbook. There’s usually language about using your image in there that you signed/agreed to in bulk with other things
OP…Accenture will do this after asking permission from you and only if you are an MD or in a very specific role. They will not do so for say a Sr Consultant who is simply delivering projects.
FYI…I’m an MD in S&C.
For clarity, I am referring to posting on sites like LinkedIn. I’m not referring to pictures or the like in marketing. I know of a few whose LinkedIn content is curated by Accenture…as in posts and verbiage of posts.
As in a picture of you?
Yeah probably, though its odd they wouldnt have atleas told you
Probably what? Sorry just confused
Uhg I’ve thought about this. I have complicated feelings towards having my “brand” used to benefit my employers. My school posted me a bit and gave me an award and it just put me in the academic spotlight a bit and it made me very self conscious
Are you good looking ?
Depends on how they post you. If they tag you that's not illegal. Though you could still take legal action technically. But if they use a photo of you and your name without your consent then you can ask them to take it down and they'll have to comply.
