Currently an A2 in GPS (up for promotion) and I know I will be rated exceptional this year (2nd year end). I was not exceptional as an A1 but fingers crossed I will be exceptional as a C1. I got into an M7 school as a deferred admit and am aiming to enroll in school fall 2023. From what I have read, there are some who “retroactively” apply and get GSAP and go into school right away. Can someone provide a story or guidance on how they went about this?

EY offer letter compensation structure doesn't have any mention of gratuity? But its written below that "beside this you will be eligible for gratuity". Will it be deducted from the given compensation or it will be given in addition to given compensation????
