How do you deal with situations where your scrum master wants you to be done with the stories by tomorrow but your lead is not reviewing your work on time due to which you get blocked too often and it takes too much time to get feedback.And when you raise PR that time they ask to change again and again,I have joined a new company and due to WFH my superiors are always on a call and not giving timely feedback.How to handle such situations? I am ok to work long hours but getting stuck can't do much

2. CGI - 17LPA Fixed + 1L joining bonus.

Would recommend you to inform them *in time*, with any genuine reason. I know we might be feeling guilty inside but the companies you've mentioned hire multiple people for a skillset, esp with aggressive hiring rn ongoing. Can tell you from my experience, was too nervous to do the same for Wipro last month, given their process was so smooth n HR was also incredible but once I dropped them a note, they literally didn't even care to respond or call to persuade. I think it was because they hired me on one of their weekend drives for specific practise/skill set and no project was directly going to get impacted. So that also matters.
On the other hand, if it's Product based firms or let's say even a service based firm but they have hired you keeping a specific project in mind and it's a critical role where they needed to plan your transition as the other person might be offborading soon, then it doesn't hurt to just be a little more polite in your note and tread carefully. Such companies/projects are the ones who usually follow up and try to persuade. But usually, no one would black list afaik.
Well I generally declined saying won’t be able to join , some place profile on hold as they can’t match ctc other was saying decide and let us know.😇
