Dear all,
My friend is trying to get into her 1st full-time job. Previously she worked as a UI UX designer for multiple clients (freelance). But she couldn't manage to get an interview call. She is an excellent UI UX designer and an illustrator. If anyone has any options, kindly comment below, I will share her resume. She is a btech graduate with 2 year experience in ui ux designing/illustration field.

Hi folks,
I had got an assessment from HSBC . Problem is that the link to the assessment opens to my career page and it is showing 'Access Denied'. There is a mail and a contact no in the same assessment but the mail is showing as invalid and the phone no is less than 10 digits. Whom to approach in this situation? There is no PoC from my side.

Permanent wfh is the best option
Surprised to see the question. I work in Capgemini and it's hybrid 3 days work from office as well. Are you 100% sure of this Work from home thing? Should not be the case that they tell this now and later start calling you to office..
Its perm WFH project for me its specifically mentioned in OL and told by HR and Client.
It depends on your needs as well right? travelling 4 to 5 hours to work would require transportation charges or if your want to rent there is still gona cost you from my salary. If you need a strong career irrespective of these choose whatever you heart desires.
Can you guide on how you received calls, interview rounds, tech stack
How you got perm WFH at Capgemini there also it's hybrid only
How come Capgemini is giving WFH? Which Technology are you into ?
Capgemini is not wfh. It's 12 days in month mndt . 6hrs in office.
Its perm WFH project for me its mentioned in OL and by HR.
Capegemini - Is giving perm wfh option , are you sure?
Yup mentioned in my OL and by HR.
Clarifying on WFH, Yes its perm WFH by Capgemini , specifically mentioned in OL , Told by HR and by client. I am the only Indian hired for this new project as of Now.
Thats the reason I have confusion on both offers.
First things first. Being a tech lead, it’s better you have some real face time with your team. It will serve you well for future roles as well. That takes the WFH out of the equation. Now decide on the basis of opportunity each one offers. Most product companies offer good work life balance. This helps given the current market conditions where you constantly have to upskill/reskill not just to switch but to keep your current job.
My suggestions - rent a place that is good enough to spend 2 nights in and accept WK offer. I have not worked for either Capegemini or WK but have worked for a service company for a long time and for a couple of product companies during the last 4 years.
Thats what they offered at Wolters....and tech lead is just a designation...I only have 3 YOE.
capgemini is service based and hiring for a particular client that's why offering WFH but what if that project ends and then you'll be on pool/bench asked to give interviews for other clients which may not give wfh. this is show service based works.
