Capgemini HR has done wrong with me.
She released my offer letter & not sent onboarding email due BGV is Amber.
After that BGV process itself took 20 days to complete & my BGV came Green.

Now HR is saying I don't have offer ID to send you a revised offer letter.

She has given that job id to other candidate.
Now I am not sure whether she will get a new offer id or my offer is gone..

Please advise on this

I used to care about and chase the opportunity to produce cool/fun/funny work. But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Not about pushing for the most fun creative ideas—I still do that—I just don’t care enough to fight as much if they don’t get it. Definitely still feel genuinely defeated when truly awesome concepts get glossed over by a client who has no clue what they want.
