I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

I love mine. Had them for 3 years now. I was a D most of my life, then got a lot more fit and older, and they shrank, and I wanted them back. 310cc silicone round. Lollipop incision. $9k USD.
I spent about a year researching and thinking about it. I spoke to multiple surgeons. Read a lot of reviews on RealSelf and a few studies looking into breast implant sickness. I built up my understanding of the implant descriptors (CCs, profile, round vs teardrop, silicone vs saline, etc), and different types of incision. and I’m really glad I did - I was able to ask a lot more questions and be very constructive in describing what I wanted and why.
My surgeon recommended I go for implants over the top of my muscle. I had originally wanted intramuscular as I thought they’d look more natural, but he recommended against this, because…
- I had been big so I had enough skin to “drape” over the implant so they wouldn’t be pulled tight and look bulbous and fake
- My pecs were already so muscular he was disinclined to cut into them and make it much harder for me to return to my usual work outs
- …and “under the muscle” is more invasive and has a longer recovery time
- he also recommended a lollipop incision to help aid a breast lift, as a donut incision would likely not provide enough support given how much skin I had and the size of the implant
The surgeon I chose is a professor at a prestigious university, multiple board certifications, and specialises in breast. I was advised early on to choose a surgeon for whom my operation is their specialty - don’t trust surgeons who say they do eye, face, breast, butt, the whole everything.
Where I observed people having complications? Usually correlated with going cheap, and/or getting implants much too big for your frame and for which you don’t have enough skin, which puts unnecessary pressure on the body and leads to problems and re-work.
My doc said the same thing about issues coming up when people go too big and know someone who had a ton of issues after insisting on getting 600cc.
I got 300cc under the muscle and had a really easy recovery. I stopped any heavy bench presses after the surgery but it didn’t really impact the rest of my workout routine. I can still keep up with push ups, planks, etc in classes and have no real reason to max out my bench strength anyways.
It will hinder you. You will have to change your chest exercises. My trainer has separate exercises he gives to women who have breast implants. I'm sure your aesthetic is quite nice boob job or not but I'll let ladies who have one speak to that.
Maybe this depends on if it is under the muscle or over. Mine is over and nothing changed in my workouts

I don’t have them, but my cousin does. The worst part for her is needing to get them redone (they don’t last forever). While she was waiting to get hers redone, one of them really dropped so she felt so self-conscious for around 6 months, and experienced some pain.
I’ve heard of people having challenges with them - but don’t know anyone who has had to remove them due to a sickness.
I did see that some people don’t get implants but instead take fat from other areas of their body to shape their look. Not sure if that’s something you’ve considered, but might be worth talking to a few plastic surgeons about all of your options.

I got one done in college and best decision ever! Just make sure you don’t cheap out, go to a few consultations, and get a good doctor. I’m going on 10+ years with them and no regrets. Will probably get them redone after i have a kid. I have under muscle saline so they look and feel a lot more natural. Most people are shocked if they ever find out they’re fake because you really can’t tell unless you know what to look for. And you can go a lot longer with saline without needing them redone.
I noticed a comment re working out — first 6 months expect soreness (and they also look the most fake then as they settle in). This was probably the biggest adjustment period. Afterwards I didn’t really have any issues sleeping on my stomach, exercising, etc. I do a lot of Pilates now but used to do HIIT/ strength training. No issues.

Yep. No problem. Just needed to wear a good quality sports bra.
“I approve!”
— an Ayatollah, probably
I got small implants because I wanted to be able to wear cute clothes without having to deal with different bras and tape. I’m very happy with them and it was absolutely worth it to never need to put my boobies in a wire death trap ever again 😍

Why tho?!
I actually got really small implants because I wanted the contour that you get from wearing a bra without having to wear one. I went from a small B to a full B/small C at most. I wear exactly the same clothing that I wore before but don’t have to think about bras anymore. I truly loathe bras with a deep burning passion but like how they make clothing fit so I found a way to get the same look without having to wear a bra. Not everyone who gets implants is trying to look like a Playboy model. I love that I still look like myself and never have to think about wearing bras ever again.
I also have sensory hypersensitivity so wearing certain things like bras, uncomfortable fabrics or even clothing that is too tight can be truly miserable.

OP, I got one years ago. I already had a decent breast size but wanted a little more fullness so I got smaller implants. I was nervous and unsure and did a ton of research and spoke with a few friends that had the procedure. I don’t regret it - feel free to DM me if you want to chat more about it.

I know two women who are having them removed both due to health reasons. the first woman they just started really bothering her health thankfully it wasn’t anything serious, the second one cancer.
Do whatever makes you feel beautiful.
Though for the record, as a man, I like all boobs. So you’re winning either way.
I’ve read that women sometimes incur chronic inflammation due to a foreign object being in the body and that it can affect long term health but it doesn’t seem to be something that affects everyone equally.
Just know that you’re committing to surgery every 10-15 years to maintain them.

Going on 10 years with mine. I workout 5-6 days a week. The first year I lighter lighter weights (5-10lbs) for my chest. Once I felt comfortable enough I increased the weight. As many have stated here her several consultations and don’t go cheap.
You work out a lot. Why not add some dirty calories to your meal plans and maybe add some fat to the fun bags? Bonus of getting stronger too
