I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

Starting salary for BAs is 88k in McLean...
Yes, that’s the undergrad number. Senior associate seems reasonable for you. You should ask them about the SBA pay ranges. I would guess 10-20% higher but don’t really know...
Just my opinion, but I wouldn’t do it either. Capital One is super old school, and going in as an entry level (even with 2 years experience) will hold you back. Unless you’re very interested in their products, etc, try to get other offers
I’m eying both big 4 and capital one as a potential move, likely going to big 4 due to the higher learning curve, faster rate of raises/promotions, but this certainly grabbed my interest.
I know a second year making 105 for their internal consulting. DC area
I think their strat team make a lot more than traditional BA’s.
I would be applying to their people analytics team.
Don’t go to a bank at any level under VP unless you’re front office. Echoing others in saying that it will slow your career progression.
Dude don’t go. It’s really not that much different from the work we do and no better exposure/comp
For non-mbas - It’s appears it is better comp than big 4 and less travel and hours at the lower levels. As you get to manager level, I’d say the comp is similar. At director level, probably lower comp but no sales targets.
