Capital one folks - who received an offer - how many days after the Hiring Manager call did you receive an offer from the recruiter?

2/26 - call with HM

3/2- recruiter called to inform that HM call went great. They would like to extend an offer, asked for the relocation confirmation and comp band. recruiter asked me to send my availability to meet with the HM on the potential start date.

No updates since that call. Is this something to get worried about?

NDAs - signed my first one as a part of a severance agreement. thinking about leaving an honest review for this company, but unsure about the liabilities that come with this. You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…
