A client/growing personal relationship is looking at hiring a BD leader and I’m being considered. This firm is a family office with just 1 person based in the US (MD who I work with directly already).

What should I ask for from a comp structure standpoint? Any bonus percentage as well? Thanks.

Note that at MS, 2nd year bonuses in my group last year were 90-115K, while MBA associates received a pro-rated 90K stub (~40k).
