I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. Hi All, I'm in notice period and supposed to join Accenture later this month.

However, I'm finding Accenture PMO folks extremely unprofessional. They're asking to sign GDPR agreements with their clients, generate IDs in the system and so on. Doesn't this constitute dual employment in a way?

I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?
