Completed my final round of interviews (4 in total) today for the role of a Director. Hard to wait through the weekend to hear back!

I have 9 YOE, got offer from PWC, $99k base salary in columbus, position of senior associate L2. Is it a good offer? Recruiter told me PWC follows some kind of pay structure it is non negotiable. Can anyone advise.

I’ve been applying for jobs and internships in my field (looking for jobs in media production, social media, music, entertainment) for months with no luck. They say it’s about connections, but my connections are limited especially in these fields. I am constantly ghosted by recruiters and managers on LinkedIn. I have film PA experience, but other than that my background is in retail. Any advice going forward?

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?

How is the 2nd technical round in @nasdaq ? What types of questions we can be expected in this round for a 8 yrs experience candidate?

Hello! I was offered a position at a start up biotech company. I would describe the position as a field laboratory technician (like Thermo Fisher) They’re offering a 60K salary. Do y’all feel like that is enough? I want to negotiate.

I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. My first 3 months will be training for my position but I will be paid the same. The job hasn’t offered me a dollar amount yet and I want to be best prepared.

Peeps I have H1b till Sep 2021 but my passport expired in Sep 2020 and along with it my I94. I had already renewed my passport back in Feb but haven’t left the country since. I read online that my presence in the USA is unlawful and staying here unlawfully for more than 180 would bar me from entering US for 3 years. What are my options ?

Has anyone been able to switch (to industry ) on H1 visa? I am getting a lot of interest from recruiters but am not able to get past the initial screening because of visa.
