XLOOKUP, conditional is great, but XLOOKUP is better for my daily use purposes.

Considering that =XLOOKUP() is the worst lookup formula - by virtually every objective metric -, OP would win this easily
Customized number formatting rules are very powerful too, as long as you know how to use it properly. You can change number scale, color and a lot of other things.

Lots of good articles. ChatGPT isn’t very good for looking (so far) but a basic internet search…. Just remember to include the version of Excel you got.
Not gonna fight you but let’s compare and confuse the heck out of everyone around us!! With what I do conditional formatting has minimal impact so I end up saying index/match or power query of the power houses. I hate pivots but that’s all the look at so conditional is more for me then them.
