There is of course a ton out there for patient communications such as patient journey mapping but engaging HCPs is a very different beast. I’ve been so many places where everyone throws around comms planning, connections planning, and channel planning (and others) interchangeably. But then some folks say there’s nuance. Is there?

I'm looking for a scenario planning framework or template. Something that essentially says if this happens then do that. Any help much appreciated.

Is 'Connections Planning' still a thing?
What distinguishes it from 'Communications Planning?'
Can they be the same thing going by different names?
