Considering a new role client side. Currently work remotely at an agency and have the opportunity to take a client side role (roughly a lateral move) for ~$50k more per year plus bonus.

It's not a dream job, but I would learn some new skills and exposure to new projects. It is in-office (I'm currently remote) and would require about an hour driving commute each way though I could move a bit closer when my lease ends.

Is it worth it? What would you do?

I have been at this company for almost 4 years and in my current position for almost two years. This year in January , I was given a merit based raise due to my work contributions.
