Did any one else’s firm just not engage with them during the majority of the WFH period? While when the lock down first happened we had a few zoom get togethers, they quickly disappeared. I’m only a first year and while my practice group ended up being pretty busy I had been hoping for more engagement from partners/senior associates. While I would set up calls and they would say yes, I can’t help but feel ignored by the lack of outreach. Am I asking too much to expect at least a monthly checkin

My GC process is now at recruitment period started 9/1/2021, how long will it take to eventually get my I-140 approved? HR just reached out to initiate my H1B extension because it’s going to expire soon in March. Just think of how long do I still need to stay in this firm before I can make a move?
