Have you started a new job without taking a break? How was it? I thought I’d have more time to give my notice but the background check took longer than I thought so now I have no wiggle room between my start date and the two week notice.

Taking BEC in 3 weeks. What are some heavily tested areas to focus on? How serious should cost be taken? The Becker questions for cost are time consuming.

I took FAR in Aug and AUD last week. Didn’t pass FAR and feeling like I may have passed AUD. My original NTS for them runs out on dec 18. If I get a new NTS for one of them to take before busy season do I have to wait to take it until after my original NTS runs out?

I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? I have applied a few places and got several phone interviews lined up. Can anyone tell me what type of questions I may get? Or general advice on making this switch?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

What’s an appropriate base salary for a pharma marketing DTC Director for a blockbuster biologic that’s on tv? What are typical bonuses and LTI? We only have 18% bonus and $37k LTI per year (approximately depending on stock price) for directors. Our base salaries are all over the place for directors.
