I want to share my TCS interview experience. I got selected for one project TR, MR everything was over. The manager of the project confirmed me that I m selected and I will get offer letter soon. I was excited to join TCS due to job security,wlb, etc.
Later when I check with the HR they are saying we couldn't proceed as you are selected for some other project. I was shocked to hear this. But till now i m waiting for other project call 😂. I lost trust in TCS. They are wasting our time,efforts

People with dogs: how did you get your dog used to city life? My dog is almost a year and half now (having lived the past ~5 months in the city) and he is terrified of the city. We used to live in the suburbs so much more quiet and low key. The cars going by, sudden sounds, bikes/scooters are a huge stressor, but more than anything it’s people - if he sees anyone walking or around him he panics and tries to flee. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

Hi, i have been laid off by publicis sapient & my LWD was at 30dec, 2022. I got a job within 15 days and asked ps to prepone my LWD to 30nov, 2022. During the layoff meeting they said I will get salary till 30th dec, even of i leave early with bonus of 5% of my total compensation and leave encashment money also. PEOPLE DO MAKE MISTAKES!! but My manager reacts very rudely everytime with me, And all seniors who are with him around 10+ years will assign tickets to me and they monitor me continuously.

I never had any conflicts with anyone, but i felt that they all connered me. I had a call with my director and senior director and explained about this on my last day
