Could anyone please help me and tell me if freelancing experience is considered or not? I've completed my B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering in the year 2023 and then moved to the United Kingdom for MSc Data Science (With Specialisation in Artificial Intelligence) and completed it in November 2024. I've 2.5 years of freelancing + Internship experience so do companies consider that or will they still consider me as a fresher?

(1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.

I travel a lot and have about 50k IG followers with high engagement. How do I contact companies and see if they want me to make a sponsored post?

A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise.
