As per my knowledge, salaries in CN are lower than regional strategy roles. You would most probably be in the upper end of the SM range by CN standards and would therefore get low hike%. This, and the type of work you do on projects wouldn't be the exciting front-end work you might be used to. Not sure about the other factors that you've listed.
Btw, Accenture doesn't have a CN node in the States, so are you moving locations?
I got the sense from my peers that MD slots are very few to come by in capability network. Sure it’s geared mostly towards L5 landings but something to consider
