I had an interview for an senior mgmt role at a bank and the interview was going very well. Beginning of the interview, she mentioned my resume was very impressive. She also said I was extremely intelligent and that I had a bright future; however they’re interviewing people with over 26 years of experience and would want someone more seasoned. I’m feeling super discouraged. Why bother with my resume at all?

I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out. I was hired by a SaaS company for 95,000 Fr as a Senior Full Stack Developer. I have 9 years of experience and I worked in multiple startups and technologies. I also have relatively better experience in NodeJS, React, SQL, Elasticsearch.
I wouldn't say I am great at solving coding challenges but I believe with some practice I can get better.
Do you think I can get a better salary with my situation? (Swiss Wage calculator estimates 8500+ Fr. per month for Zurich area).

Which is more stressful? Data Science/analytics or Project Management? Which is more in demand? And which gets paid more?

1.CGI - 22.5lpa Fixed + 1.5lpa Joining Bonus
2. Virtusa - 25lpa Fixed (Intuit client)

YOE : 5
Tech Stack: Python
I am a bit biased towards joining CGI but on the other side, Virtusa is offering more.
My preference would be good WLB & Job security.
