Curious how people are handling resumes right now. I’m applying to technical roles and can’t tell if it’s better to fully tailor my resume for every job or keep one strong version and tweak keywords. Are you customizing bullets, projects, even titles or just light edits? What’s actually working for you in this market?

I’ve been published for some thoughts on cybersecurity, but it’s was in a smaller IT Magazine. I’m trying to find the best way to take it to the next step for a freelance writing side opportunity. The writing is very separate from anything I’ve worked on in the Big4 or other consulting firms.. more about cybersecurity overall and the future, regulation, etc.
