Anyone aware of TCS hiring process? How many days normally they take for the process. I had an interview yesterday both technical and Managerial. After that HR confirmed me over mail that I have cleared the interview rounds and asked to fill all the details on their portal. However, I haven't got any update today so I am just curious how many days they normally take to verify docs and proceed to HR discussion?Tata Consultancy Wipro Infosys IBM Accenture

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?
I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I keep one base template resume and just tweak as needed based on the role I'm applying for. Full rewrites for every listing isn't sustainable when you're applying to 30+ roles a week. I use Claude and just have it rephrase certain sections and double check all the ATS keywords are there. Easy enough.

I keep one strong core resume and tailor the top third only. Summary, keywords, and project framing change. Full rewrites burned time with no return. Consistency plus targeted relevance has worked better for me.

I have a resume based on the job titles I apply to, and each has a score of at least 90+ for the titles. So far, it has worked for me pretty well because I have gotten interviews from places where I doubt myself.
I have one strong copy and then tweak based on the skills that are highlighted in the job description. It’s not too different job post to job post, but if you are applying to a variety of jobs, I could see where tailoring everyone makes more sense. That all said, it’s still taking a while to hear back.

I usually do some mild tweaking, depends how interested I am in the role but I'd rather give 100% and actually land and interview.l

I guess best way to go about it is to have one resume that I can tweak over and over

This is very time-consuming if you are unemployed and are desperate to get a job, then sure! But for passive, this is too much work.
