When is a 3 page resume acceptable?
I have received an offer to join Salesforce and their success graduate program for the solutions engineer role, as well as an offer at Texas Instruments as a sales engineer. Similar roles, but better pay at TI (during the first year). I'm feeling pretty insecure, SF seems more adventurous and TI like an "old money" company...Which move do you guys recommend career-wise? I reckon that the pay at Salesforce should not be a problem after I finished the graduate program?

Absolutely. Show your value and how you can speak to the issues they're having and it'd be hard to turn down someone like that, that wants to work.
Yes. Apple is mostly people 55+
Maybe I should apply, then... thanks for the tip!
It depends
Possible. But when I worked at these companies I saw very few people in this age bucket.
Depends on they're skillset, fit within the company & if the right opening comes along.

Just got hired by Microsoft as Data Center Technician, I am 57.
If you have any observable disabilities in addition, you can forget about it. These companies SAY they hire people with disabilities, but it is all talk. You won’t get past the interview they see your disability.
