Curious to hear from other hiring managers: what’s the fastest you’ve gone from hiring someone to realizing it wasn’t the right fit? How long did you spend trying to give them the proper time to adapt/ additional training?

Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Also isn’t it a waste of money for businesses to replace perfectly functional exit signs when renovating?

Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
