Feeling a lot of pressure to buy an apt as my partner and I are in mid 30s and see ourselves living here (Brooklyn) long term. Can’t get over the high prices, high fees and idea of sinking all of my money from the market into one asset. Revisiting Iron. Last month I mentioned Iron and derivatives had the right conditions to rise

BDRY went up 42%, and FSUGY 25%. With others seeing all times highs.

But we may be entering speculative territory.

The Baltic Dry points to alot of shipment in Iron's lanes so supply should be good, yet price is still going up, so not oversupplied.

Futures so high should point to shortages. Maybe due to Aus/China trade war.

In short: No idea whats going on, but there is money to be made
