Change in the role? But they are looking to hire for a senior financial analyst. It can be a little bit weird if you ask me. I mean, there can be great adjustments in little changes.
I mean I don't think it'll be that big of a deal if the role pays more and the work itself is more aligned...they might be open to it? Or you might just have to take the SFA title, they don't seem THAT different to me based on the level
Thanks for the responses! I think it’s more of a resume thing for me, I don’t usually care about titles but if I were to look at someone’s resume it would look a little weird going from an associate manager to senior financial analyst
Change in title might also result in a change in role. So basically you obligation will change as well as your pay. Better talk to the interviewer about this :)
