The work will most likely be very basic compared to what you will be used to. Your billable hour target will be higher and your benefits will pale in comparison (goodbye unlimited PTO and having shutdowns at Xmas and July 4th, not to mention how bad their parental leave is in comparison and the cost and quality of the health insurance options). They took on a ton of debt to fund the Marcum acquisition and their stock is absolutely tanking.

I left a Big 4 and started at CBIZ in assurance a few months ago. They’re paying me a lot of money, but there is a reason they’re number ~15 on the list of firms. I don’t hate it, but I am only staying a year or two max.

Hi Fishes, I am really interested in product management and want to switch my role from risk analyst in a product owner/product manager role.
