Over the past year, my counsel is constantly judged by a select few senior business folks (eg arguing over FTC compliance, IP risk counsel, and even simple things regarding NDAs that any attorney wouldn’t question. My base location is Bangalore but am still in Delhi.

1. Can I take leaves on Notice Period?
2. I have 6 wellbeing leaves, should I take them first and then resign? Or these are encashed too??
3. 6 normal PTO, will it be encashed or adjusted in NP? Or is it wise to exhaust all leaves and then resign??

I am an Abinitio developer having 7 YOE working in pune.
Sad part is,my husband shifted to ahmedabad and we decided that I will find something in a'bad/gandhinagar.But I found that there are no companies working on abinitio here.once this pandemic ends,wfh also ends,I have to shift to pune & ultimately resign.
I am ready to learn new tech,but totally blank on which way to go.I dont want to start the career from the scratch with much lesser package.
