So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.

Not sure whether to be honest or not in this situation. I have decided that I want to leave my job and do a masters degree. I’m planning to leave my job at the end of June, should I warn my boss now so she can start hiring? I don’t want her to be blindsided by my decision and hiring is very slow at the moment. I got a call from EY HR a couple of days back stating that I have cleared all the rounds and enquired about the expectations.

Post which it has been two days...now I enquired about the update on the next steps. No response and even not answering the call.

Does this mean that even after going through a gruelling process of interviews they now see the salary bracket fitment and rejected my candidature?
