Sometimes shorter but more frequent time offs help me more than one long break. Also if you don't address the root cause you'll probably feel the same soon after coming back. Have you tried addressing the situation with them? I know conflict management isn't easy specially if they're not being direct and it's microaggression though
A good advice I've gotten is "add before you subtract" meaning can you add something fun and positive to your day to boost you? Can you form or grow your positive relationships at work?
Ultimately listen to your body and your gut feeling! I hope this passes soon
