Currently in management at a well known hospital. been in the industry for 13 years have an MBA. im tired of the admin side of healthcare and to grow career wise means more responsibility (Salary increase +) as a single new mom i struggle with not being available during my child's 1st years, Im thinking of going into IT within health care system (More $$, WFH, better work life balance) has anyone done this and have regretted it? or was it the best decision you've made?
