Currently in the interview process for both Salesforce and Hubspot. I’ve heard great things about the culture for both. Has anyone gone through the interview process at Hubspot that could share some insight? And what culture is really like? I know they’re way smaller than Salesforce. But trying to gauge which place is better in terms of WLB, culture, career growth.

Anyone else here realized they have some alcohol moderation issues? I graduated college within the past 1.5 yrs and my friends are still in the heavy weekend drinking phase. I have realized I need to cut my drinking way down. I don’t drink every day and won’t crave a drink when I’m sober but it’s like once I start I don’t typically stop. I only drink about 2 times a week, but it’s the volume of drinks that’s the issue. I’m not ready to quit - just cut down a lot! Tips/advice appreciated! TIA :)

I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.
