Anyone have a recommend for a seasonal depression light? There are lots of options and I would prefer one that turns on in the early am hours.

I and my boyfriend have been dating over a year now. Our relationship in general is pretty smooth and sweet. The only problem is he has not come out to his parents yet. It was not an issue before the pandemic thing since we were just living in the city, being in our own bubble. But Covid happened and he moved back to stay with his dad. Since he is not out, he can’t pick up the phone call whenever I call him, he can’t tell his parents he is dating someone in the city. Cont.

Rant: my boyfriend is so annoying with this diet! I GET IT. You want to eat healthy! But when you have your friends at our place every other weekend they order pizza and you devour most of 2 boxes! But when I want pizza or wings or burgers I have to hear a whole spiel. “Can we pick something healthier?” “You can order ___ but can I choose something else on the menu?” “I don’t knowwww” like MY GOD. The end of my suffering occurs with the death of my ego. I am reborn when I surrender to life exactly as it is, right at this moment (and it’s always “this moment”). I can begin to grow when I either accept life as it is, or I change my life because I can’t accept it. The better I become at surrender and acceptance, the more I experience serenity. After a long enough time I realize I’ve had a spiritual awakening. Now I am peace / joy / love.

Is there a polite/gentle way to talk to your boyfriend about the fact that he has gained a lot of weight in the past year and needs more physical activity in his life?

Could be notes, a follow up, a reminder, raising your hand to tackle and drive something-whatever. That little extra effort against something you didn’t “have” to do, every day, overtime will make you invaluable

Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD.
