Noticed a lot of FSPs made partner this year. Do they have to retire at a certain age because of being a partner since, otherwise, there really isn’t a retirement age per se at our Firm.

I work in-house on a media team for a B2B organization and I’m the only person on my team who deeply understands media. Two new hires who I had zero say around hiring have both asked me basic media questions (how programmatic works, media mix and how we work with vendors). My boss has ZERO media experience and is more of a bottle neck than anything else. I’m venting here but I’m wondering if other in-house media folks have experienced this and how do you navigate it?

Started a role in a brand new creative agency. ( brand new in this city but established in an another country)

The employer said I will be paid weekly but now after my first week, he said that they have to skip a week to align with the payroll.

And that he will be paying me from his personal account till they set up everything as a new business in the country.

Years ago I took out a 401k loan at 7% for a down payment on my house. I now have the opportunity to pay this off with a HELOC at 4.2%. would this be a good idea as now I pay myself interest and protect that chunk of my retirement from current market conditions? I know the HELOC is lower interest and I can pay it off sooner as I can make additional payment amounts....

I'm looking for a calling system that will allow me to be efficient making phone calls. I basically need a system that will keep my list of phone calls by date where I can see the entire list for the day, click on any call I want, allow me to make notes in the phone call and set up the next call for a specific date. Just discovered 90DF and completed my first season (s6) and then Happily Ever After. Some thoughts:
- Began as anti-Larissa but Colt basically wants to keep her as a hostage sex kitten under threat of calling cops if she doesn’t fall in line
- Jon and Fernanda - could’ve been a legit couple, had high hopes for them
- (Tr)Ashley - thoroughly unlikeable, doing it for social media likes
- Andrei is on the slope to domestic abuse
- Azan and Nicole - LOL that is a sham marriage if I ever saw one

Update: In his IG stories, Paul states that Karine has filed a restraining order preventing him from contacting her or Pierre. On IG, he also posted what looks to be Karine’s statement to the police.
