Dear Colleagues,
My lwd in hcl tech was 20th September (Friday) and I got all clearances by 4 pm on the same day.

However my relieving letter is not yet uploaded on the external offboarding portal.

I have raised grievances and sent email to offboarding dl in this regard. But I want to get your opinion on the same. Is this because the weekend came in between and not getting clearance on Friday before 3pm?

Is PWC Sdc, bangalore location permanent work from home/ hybrid or offices have resumed ?

Does anyone know anything about Deloitte's US Delivery Center? They have reached out to me but I can't figure out how they are different than a regular Deloitte Consulting role.

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I recently joined HCL from Dell as Associate consultant E3.1 for AI/ML ROLE. I have total of 8.5 years of experience. I accepted offer for 36 lakhs.
I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
What is the salary that HCL will offer to Consultant and Sr.Consultant roles?
