Where can I find my compensation details in Capgemini?

Agency fish who have their yearly reviews soon, whatcha thinking? I chatted with a few coworkers who have theirs coming up... a lot of them seem concerned about how much leverage they will have with rising inflation, economic downturn, and rising layoffs.

For those in the same boat, what are you hoping for? If you get a merit or promotional offer - did you plan on negotiating? Or are you going to take what you get and try to stay under the radar just in case layoffs are coming your way?

I work in urgent care, AR Credentialing Specialist. Two years credentialing experience, 6 years intake/AR with an associates in medical coding. Checking salary rates in the Portland, Maine area. Any input is much appreciated!

I’ve been offered a new role for 48k with a signing bonus but I’ve checked on Glassdoor and can see the budget for the role is 50-73k. I’d it worth me trying to negotiate for higher? Should I be teaching my young kids to read Quran in Arabic (so learn a new language just to read Quran but no value otherwise), or skip Arabic and have them read transliteration (so like Alhamdu lilahi) or third option to just read in English the translation where they will actually understand?
