I'm working as a Senior Software Developer and now more stressed due to work pressure and thinking of hunt for another job roles but I'm totally confused. I completed B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and don't have any computer background and ended up in IT. Now I'm not able to complete some tasks, and get scolding from Lead sometimes. In between I completed distant MBA also. So what should I do, should switch to another roles or anything.
