Oh, it is an AI is the lack of accountability and the lack of training for the HR systems. You always have the ability to blast all candidates after you’ve made your selection. You just have to wanna do it. I believe sometimes in an HR space we forget that it’s easy for us to be on the other side of things and want to know where we stand.
Volume + Automation = Candidates left in the dust. There are a lot of good candidates for every role. That is an issue. The ghosting shouldn’t be a problem. It’s nothing to set up automated messages to let them know where they stand.
I would love to know the answer to this myself. It takes a couple minutes to send an email and let someone know that they didn't get a role. I don't see why they can't make time to do that.
