I went to Europe a few years ago and let's just say we might be more accepting Despite the moral grandstanding you often see online from non-Americans, cultural segregation is far more widespread in the rest of the world. At least from my POV. Good article there.

I’ve had some interesting experiences while traveling in Europe. More than a few not good at all but I wonder if that’s just me or are more minorities experiencing those issues.
I think what we're seeing in the States is just a strange rearguard action by culture warriors who want a return to the pre-Civil Rights era. They can cause a lot of damage now, but they'll fade away eventually. In the rest of the world people are not burdened by our history, and it seems that they're more concerned about moving into the future rather than recapturing some mythical past.

I can agree with this. I just hope those loud groups pushing companies to bend the knee really are silenced over time. I don’t have faith TBH.
I agree with everyone above. It absolutely is effective because people want to see ads with someone on them that looks like them.

Multicultural marketing is effective, period. White males aren’t the only people with money to spend on products. The issue, at least in my opinion, is that US companies are quick to bend the knee to any type of pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure here is to rewind the clock to the pre-civil rights era.
