Deloitte - did anyone receive any emails from BAL regarding the third h1b lottery?

Hello everyone!
I recently found out that I was being paid less than everyone in the team (more than 25% gap to more expe teammates, around 15% less than new hires)
We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:
On a work visa
Non-white
Non-male
What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?
Speaking up? How? With who?

Has anyone here gone through a marriage based green card process with Deloitte? I believe I read somewhere that you can start that process regardless of being in an application period or not. Want to hear some stories of length, initiation, etc

I am required to travel to Canada anyway for my PR stamping and I am trying to figure out if I can get my H1B stamped around the same time while I am in Canada for my PR, since it is extremely difficult to get appointments in India these days? Meeting with a recruiter at one of the FAANG companies. I won’t be able to move jobs because of H1b /GC at least for the next year. Any idea if I should start off with that or should I just try to understand the work that they have been doing?

I understand that I can use driver’s License but what if they ask for my passport and see the expired visa, which was from my F1 status? 6th year of h1b starting in 6 months. Firm has just initiated GC process. How long does it typically take to file PERM and is there a 365 day rule that it should be filed 365 days prior to H1B expiration? Any exceptions to that rule.

Started the internal GC process in October 2018. Today I-485 status changed to "we ordered your new card." My jail free card is finally on the way I guess. Hope everyone with pending I-485 gets your GC soon!
