I don't fly southwest, but it sounds like your question is "will my project controller catch a $15 difference in my flight cost?" in which case the answer is no
But it's a separate expense? So they would catch a separate, lone $15 airfare charge.
OP are you not using the Deloitte travel website?
Agree with D1. $15 dollars in the flight cost is nothing compared to the entire cost of the flight.
The reason I ask is because we can book business select when it's available which automatically put you in group A. But when it's not available you select the other cheaper fares (called "wanna get away" or something) and then when you are confirming your flight info there is a box that you says to select for those cheaper fare classes which is the $15 early bird check in fee.
Try to upgrade when purchasing the ticket and it will show up as one cost. As long as the overall price is within reason, it should be ok. If it is a fed client, you could have a hard time with that $15 in certain circumstances. Good luck!
Afaik you can get business select on southwest and get the early check in.
@D3 yes I am, that is where there is the check box in mentioning
@D3 travel website has the request at the very end whey out enter WBS. It's not there when you are choosing flights
Yes you 100% can
