You shouldn't take it. You're better off at slalom
$160-$170.
As always don’t leave for less than 15% bump
Add 10 grand to that 😏
What's speciality master role?
160+
Manager level? 180k plus signing bonus
Based on your years of experience, 175 sounds about right. But usually people move from big 4 to slalom for better work life balance. Any particular reason?
I’d add 10k just for the travel aspect. Plus SFDC is hot, and they should be giving you at decent signing bonus (typical is 10k, though I’d ask for 15k). The branding will elevate your profile, so think of the strategic benefit for you. Worst case leave after a year and you will easily find a higher paying role anywhere given the Deloitte branding!
Add 25% to it because through out the process they will try to bargain and as per new rule they are not supposed to ask your current salary.
Ibm - We can call it new rule not to ask salary, but my friend got his offer at D few days back and for sure recuiter asked his current salary. You can be adamant about not sharing your current comp but they ll try to get alteast where you stand.
12 yrs of exp with SF could easily get you 150-200 an hr if you were to go off on your own. Objectively I think 200k base is fair because it’s rare to find someone with that many yrs of SF exp so realistically you may be able to get D to bring you in at 180-195k. That’s encroaching into Sr Mgr territory which would be a specialist leader but considering the urgent need for SF people, you may be able to get that.

How much do you honestly believe your worth?

Slalom Consulting - it’s like the manager role in Deloitte but with a specialized skill.
At least 175 if you’re considering leaving the no travel lifestyle — unless you want it or you’ve been there before and miss it
