Hi all, Currently I am 1.6yrs experienced.I had completed my interview with HCL Technologies along with HR discussion around 1st week of July.On 20th July I received an email from HR saying I need to wait for 3 more weeks to get the offer letter. My salary was 3.8 LPA at the time of interview(it became 4LPA from August) and i asked for 6.5 LPA Need advice on whether or not to expect the Offer Letter in hand once 3 weeks are over? Hi Sharks, I had an interview with Tata Consultancy today and cleared the TAG round by answering all their questions. So here my query is, based on my performance will they offer me a hike of 100% or more from my CCTC, because this role is too relevant to my domain and technical knowledge so that I don't wanna miss out on this.

If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

I am going into a new company with a technology stack i am just aware of and which i didnt have hands on for. Will the new company know it when they are doing BGV ? Will the company also enquire on which projwct did we work and which technology did we work.
Please dont say that its bad. I worked in support project before. someday or other we need a change. I felt like I need to take this oppurtunity to do so.

India is growing at a very fast pace. Looks like many new opportunities recently. Where as USI is struggling to retain people which shows how pissed people are working there. If I were you, I would have joined India. Less headcounts -> more visibility -> better growth.
But can only give an opinion. Somebody who has worked for both will be able to give a better answer. :P

Both USI and Deloitte India are biggest suckers in Consulting. People are leaving ! 😂 Adding to it.. even new hires who have been There since December or Jan are leaving too. Leadership is not only struggling to retain resources. . Truth is existing loyal force is now pissed off and not ready to overburdened.
Opposite to culture of Deloitte people are not extending extra hours anymore because there's no perks/comp off on extra hours.
Now clients have started escalating. Projects are unable to meet deadlines due to lack of resources. . Existing frustrated work force has started taking too many sick leaves on health grounds if they are forced to extend.
Who are continuously forced to work on weekends are putting down papers. Who are top performers and not getting hikes/promotions after meeting all criteria are also resigning.
This will go on for 6 months.. may settle down after 6-8 months but by that time Deloitte will have lots of impact. The reason being Deloitte USI has a heavy offshore dependent model.
Even if salary of new offer is matched people are declining and leaving because the new rating system is bad and doesn't allow you at any cost to get on top (only rare cases for top rating). That means whatever best you do you are gonna be above average at max and cannot achieve top rating hence low hikes.
This question will get better answers after June 3. As of now, people are pissed af.
