I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

Does anyone know if their firm has any inclusion initiatives around hiring individuals with special needs as part of a transition program? For example, when offices are open, having individuals be employed by the firm and help with more administrative tasks such as helping to get conference rooms set up for events, assisting visitors, etc.? I have an issue: just been informed by compliance I have a violation. Using a brokerage restricted and at this point I am at a loss. I sold off all my stock just to comply. Then put the only stock I kept with the broker, the other one is my wife’s employer 401k savings broker. The instructions say they will reach me within 90 days for next steps. It also says there may be financial penalties.

Currently 31 with 6.5 YOE and single . Should have NW of 250k by end of this year. (No significant assets in India). Considering this money all reminds invested I should have a decent nest egg for retirement. Have an LIC policy that will be worth arnd 50 lakhs when I surrender it (plan down payment for an apartment). Struggling to convince parents this should be enough for me to move back. My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry
