Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I'd suggest making sure your resume is where it needs to be. That's half the battle. If it's not showcasing transferable skills enough that could be a problem. Do you have someone in your circle in the areas you want to go that can take a look at it and offer advice?
I used smart monkey a few years ago and have used that resume for my last two jobs. I will say it is hard to get an admin job especially right now even the lower level ones so having a well written resume and referral if possible could increase your chances.
I would look at the description of duties and requirements of the roles you are interested in and determine how your skills transfer and put that into your resume. Use keywords that are common (and that your skills would transfer) for that type of role so that your resume has a better chance of clearing the auto resume screens some companies use and being seen by a human being.
Thank you, this is also helpful. I honestly hadn't even considered that, so I really appreciate you sharing that information with me. :)
Incorporate skills the job posting has into your resume. Also, research the company adding their goals as well.
