Currently a digital consultant in US, and curious about Digital McKisney’s consultants’ salary in Hong Kong. Is it on par with typical McK salary? Any ballpark figures?

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark).
